产品概述

PBS（phosphate buffered solution）即磷酸盐缓冲液，是使用最为广泛的一种缓冲液，能够提供相对稳定的离子环境和 pH 缓冲能力，主要用于分子克隆及细胞培养等。PBS的pH 为 7.2-7.4，与人体血液等渗，主要成分为KH2PO4、Na2HPO4、NaCl以及KCl，Na2HPO4和KH2PO4有二级解离，缓冲的pH值范围很广，而NaCl和KCl主要作用为增加盐离子浓度。 本产品为 10×浓缩液，经过除菌处理，可直接稀释使用。 

注意事项

1、在使用 PBS 的过程中要特别注意避免溶液被微生物污染。 

2、PBS 在低温情况下较易产生沉淀。如果发现有沉淀产生，一般置于温浴至沉淀溶解即可,如果产生较多沉淀应弃用。

3、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。
